Payment for Goods and Delivery Charges
Gi Myao can only supply goods that are ordered online via the website or by personal requests. All payments including all shipping and handling fees, must be made by either credit or debit card, or cheque or cash. Gi Myao will not accept any other form of payment. All transactions are completed on a secure server and Gi Myao process all card transactions in store. Delivery charges are set out at the time the order is made.

UK parcels will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery and will be a flat rate of £6.00.

Gi Myao is not responsible for parcels damaged during shipping.

Delivery Times
UK items will be sent via Royal Mail, Recorded Delivery (Signed for), Special Delivery or Standard Parcel Service with the relevant level of insurance and proof of purchase. We will email you when the item has been dispatched.

We aim to dispatch your parcel within 4 working days. All items will be dispatched as soon as possible and will be delivered within 2 weeks or as stated on product page. Once dispatched we will email you a confirmation with estimated delivery date.

In some cases where items are made to order, delivery may take a longer than usual. We will advise on a delivery date in this case.

Please bear in mind most items are handmade one off's or from small editions so we may sell out of certain items at particularly busy periods. In this case we will advise you of a delivery date.

Overseas parcels will be sent using Royal Mail. Your parcel will be dispatched once the additional fee for postage has been received. We will send you an email once the parcel has been dispatched with an estimated delivery date.

International orders
All international orders require an additional shipping fee not included in the automatic PAYPAL shipping charge. For purchases shipping to Europe there is an additional £8.00 fee needed for shipping and handling. For purchases shipping to the rest of the world there is an additional £12.00 fee needed. If you live outside the UK and want to place an order, you must add the additional shipping charge to our paypal shopping cart. International orders that do not include the additional shipping fee will not be processed until full payment is received.

Gi Myao is NOT responsible for international duties or taxes. All international duties and taxes in relationship to your order are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Prices
Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice.
Prices are inclusive of VAT.

Returns
Returns can be made within 3 days of delivery.

If you wish to make a return you must inform us in writing by email or letter within 3 days of delivery. When making a return you must send the item using recorded delivery and with appropriate insurance as we will not be held responsible for items missing or damaged.

You will be given the option of an exchange or we will refund your payment minus postage. We aim to reimburse you within 7 working days. Items made to order are not subject to returns. For example, any artwork printed to order will be non returnable. Refunds will only be issued if item is returned in unused/ same condition it was delivered in. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for overseas customers.

Due to monitor settings colours may vary slightly from the colours you see on screen. Handmade items such as textiles may have small variations in colour or pattern which we cannot be held responsible for. However if large variations occur we will advise before shipment.
